Individual Counselling

Couples Counselling

Trauma Counselling
Trauma occurs in many forms. It may be due to a single event (acute trauma) or due to multiple events and experiences occurring over time (complex trauma). Trauma forms an unavoidable part of human life in our struggle to survive. Your ability to cope with trauma governs your capacity to thrive. I provide valuable resources to help you heal: childhood trauma; enmeshment trauma; adverse childhood experiences; trauma induced by death, grief, or loss; by physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, financial or religious abuse; addiction trauma; betrayal trauma; race, class and gender-based trauma; medical trauma; first-responder trauma; secondary trauma; trauma caused by injury, accidents, theft or hijacking; trauma induced by chronic or terminal illness; trauma brought on by life crises and major life transitions.
