Online Coaching & Counselling Session

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your counselling session, please inform me via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session. You can also personally reschedule the date and time of your counselling session online, as long as this is done at least 24 hours in advance of your (previously) booked session. If you have made online payment to book a session, and subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive counselling, please inform me via my WhatsApp number, and arrangements will be made to refund your payment.
