Relax into Stillness

Say NO to the outside world, and YES to yourself. Make time to retreat to your Inner Sanctuary. Feel held by the familiar rhythms of your own body. This is your safe space. Your body knows what you need; it is kinder than your mind. Surrender to the ancient wisdom of your body: the pulsing of your blood, the beating of your heart, the gentle breathing in and out of your lungs. Trust the peace you feel inside; your inner radiance; your resonance with Self. All reality emanates from this internal space. Be aware of the energy moving inside of you; of where your energy flows. Never lose connection with your Core. Inside your Inner Sanctuary flows the wellspring of your life force; your connection to Source.
